The training was held online due to the situation caused by the covid-19 pandemic, and it was structured as a combination of three types of learning methodology: theoretical, practical, and wrap-up sessions. It was divided into three big topics: (1) Quality Assurance, (2) ICTS and Infrastructure, and (3) Systemic Governance.

The aim of the implementation of this training and the decision to deliver the course this way was that of enhancing the knowledge, skills, and experiences on those 3 topics for the development of the internationalization of the partner’s strategies.

Participants signed up for the sessions depending on the topic that they were interested in, divided per professional profile, and the average assistance was around 30 people.

The Practical Training took place on the 7th and the 17th of December, and UA oversaw the first and UNIGE the second. The wrap-up session in which both universities were involved occurred on the 17 of January.

Finally, there was a wrap-up session that happened two days after the Quality Assurance wrap-up session, on the 19th of January.

And the third topic, Systemic Govern, was conducted by the UNIGE. The sessions were about: “Benchmarking of University Governance Systems.
