Main objective

To improve management and operation frameworks and practices of the Libyan Higher Education system.

Specific objectives

• To establish a Network of Libyan Higher Education Institutions as a learning platform to foster the modernization and strategic planning of the Higher Education system.
   
• To become a key actor on the Libyan Higher Education scene, organising capacity building actions, training staff from other HEIs and promoting national dialogue for increasing cooperation within the Higher Education sector.
