On July, 28th representatives from 12 Libyan Higher Education Institutions as well as 2 EU Universities met online for the first time in the last year, while the project was paused due to administrative reorganization and consequent coordination transfer that resulted in the decision for the University of Alicante to take over project lead starting from September 2021.

The University of Alicante presented priorities for action for the next 3 months that mainly focused on the purchase of Equipment at 7 HEIs, Capacity, and Institutional building. Furthermore, was stressed the necessity to continue actively with the dissemination actions and regular project monitoring. The University of Alicante suggested keeping up with regular online meetings to ensure further smooth project implementation.
